Biscuits
Ingredients
1 cup (200 g) sugar
2 eggs
2 cup (400 g) flour
60 g butter
3 tbsp (60 ml) milk
1/2 tsp (2 g) salt
1 tsp (5 g) baking powder
1/2 tsp (2 g) cinnamon
Method
The butter and sugar to a fluffy cream. Add eggs and milk, and then sifted with the baking flour, salt and cinnamon. The resulting soft dough is rolled into a thin crust, which are cut round cookies. Bake in a hot oven.
