Method

At the bottom of the pan put 2 goals peel. Leave 2 and above. Half of the remaining crushed in the tray on top crush the feta cheese on top and the other half is crushed wafers. Covered with two goals. The banitsa cut like a cake of 8 pieces. Pour the hot fat and then beaten eggs with carbonated water. Bake in preheated oven.

I know this pie as the pastry fast. It makes it very quick and easy. Try to do at home. Except that is done very quickly and easily, it is very very tasty.

What if I do sheet?

If you're boring sheet - not put carbonated water.
