Book kebab in Pleven

Ingredients
1 kg pork loin
1 and 1/2 cup (250 g) mushrooms
4-5 heads (250 g) onion
1/4 cup (50 ml) white wine
100 g butter
1 (50 g) of red tomatoes
1 sprig savory
5 chili peppers
salt
pepper
Method
Cut the meat into chunks, as skewers, and to this was added finely chopped onions, tomatoes, mushrooms, pepper, savory, wine and salt to taste. The mixture was allowed to stand for 24 hours in a cool place. In the fifth paper, spread with butter, put a 1/5 of the mixture and add 1 spicy pepper and 1/5 of the butter. Kebab wrapped in paper and bake. Serve warm.
