300 ml lukewarm water
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1 cube of yeast
about 1 kg of flour
5 eggs - boiled and dyed
1 yolk spreads
sunflower oil
1 tbsp sesame for sprinkling
Yeast suspended in the water, sugar and salt. The dissolved yeast and almost all the flour is kneaded dough - medium hard, as pita. Allow to rise until doubled well volume then kneaded again. Take 150 g of dough, add to it a little more flour to make it more solid and I was set aside. The dough is formed of pita in the pan, greased with sunflower oil. Spiking even eggs. From leave the test make fitilcheta. They are wrapped around the base of the eggs, to form a sort of cradle. Cake smeared with whipped with a little sunflower oil yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Rise as well bake in moderate oven about 1 hour.
