Breaded cheese

Ingredients
400 g solid feta cheese
egg 1
2 tbsp (20 g) flour
2 tbsp (20 ml) white wine
sunflower oil

Method
The feta cheese is cut into small pieces with a thickness of 5 mm, which is immersed in a mixture made of egg, flour and wine, placed in the heated sunflower oil and fry on both sides until it turns rosy. Serve immediately with mashed potatoes and vegetable salad.

Ha, do it for many years without knowing that it is of Swiss cuisine.

cheese was very good, but the mixture to batter me was insufficient (had to stir up again).
