Brussels pendant

Ingredients
4 slices of celery
30 g butter
300 g liver
1 egg
flour
breadcrumbs
pepper
salt
lemon juice
Method
Pre-cooked celery fry in hot oil until light golden yellow. Pieces of liver (the same size as celery) is rolled in flour, egg and breadcrumbs and fry on both sides. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Arrange on the celery and served with white bread.
