Brussels sprouts with ham, eggs and blue cheese

Ingredients
400 g Brussels sprouts
200 g green beans
100 g turkey ham
100 g roasted red peppers
2 eggs
100 g blue cheese
100 g feta cheese Gouda
2 tbsp olive oil (sunflower oil)
2 pinches of paprika (colored salt)
2 pinches of thyme
salt
2 cloves garlic

Method
Stew Brussels sprouts, green beans and finely chopped garlic in a saucepan with a little water and olive oil. When tender add previously beaten eggs, ham and peppers cut into strips, spices and mix well. Add a little more water and leave to boil over low heat until the water has almost evaporated. Serve hot and sprinkle with grated cheese and blue cheese.
