Canned peeled tomatoes

Method
Tomatoes are washed and blanched in boiling water for 30-40 seconds and immediately immersed in cold water. Chilled tomatoes are peeled, cut into cubes, add salt to taste and filled into jars. Optional can add finely chopped parsley. The jars were closed and sterilized 35 minutes. Immediately removed and turn the cap down until cool.

Also with grated carrot is delicious!

If and peppers will resemble paprikash. Carrots tomatoes can Strain cooking. I also prefer them.

and so I made them, yet are cooking, yet for salataka.

are meaningless as sterilization need only 10-15 minutes.
