Method
Salmon is cut into large cubes, garlic into fine slices. Fry for 2-3 minutes in the heated strong olive oil. Stir gently to remain cubes purposes. Sprinkle a bouillon powder, fried to a few seconds and make up 150 ml water. Allow to boil until the water has evaporated by half. Christmas fare cooked to al dente Cappellini and diced tomato. Pan to vibrate, so Cappellini be confused with salmon. If, however, was stirred with a stirrer - carefully, so as not to decompose the fish. Once the liquid is absorbed (about a minute) put the olives and sprinkle with parsley. Allow to rest for 1-2 minutes and add the cream. Stir and serve. * For 1 large or 2 smaller portions. * In the absence of Cappellini or angel hair, can be used and spaghetti, although this change very texture of the dish.
