Celery in Norwegian

Ingredients
Chapter 1 chervil
3 potatoes
1 cup (200 ml) milk
30 g butter
1 egg
juice of 1 lemon
Method
Celery is peeled and cut into pieces. Potatoes are cut into thin rings and put together with chervil to boil in a saucepan with 1-2 glasses of water. When the vegetables are soft, add the milk and the butter and boil for 15 minutes. Separately broken egg with lemon juice and add to the vegetables just before serving.
