Chicken soup with beer

Ingredients
500 g chicken
1 onion
1 carrot
1 slice celery
root parsley
1 bay leaf
100 g sour cream
100 ml beer
1 tbsp flour
1 yolk
30 g butter
2 slices of bread
parsley
salt
pepper
Method
Chopped meat, onions, bay leaves and roots are boiled in half a liter of water. Add cream and beer. Soup thicken with flour yolk broken with a little water. Serve with croutons fried in fat cubes of white bread and finely chopped parsley.
