Chop Marion

Ingredients
2 mutton chops
4 anchovy fillets
6 julienne pork jerky
100 ml cognac
200 g onion, chopped
butter
basil
coriander
parsley
Method
Cutlets shpikovat with anchovy fillet and Pastrami. Fry in hot butter for 5 minutes on each side, add all other products and let simmer for 10 minutes. Served in the court in which it is prepared.
