Christmas gingerbread

Ingredients
200 g of honey
2 cup flour
2 yolks
3/4 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp rum
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1/2 cup ground walnuts
1 tsp mixture of ground spices (cinnamon, cloves, anise)
Milk

Method
Yolks are broken down into sugar, add spices and rum, which was dissolved soda. The flour is sieved on a pile in the middle of it is done well in which pour yolk mixture. Add ground walnuts and slightly warmed honey, 1 tbsp rareden with warm water. Involved not hard dough (if necessary, add a little more flour). The dough was allowed to rest for 5-6 hours, then divided into portions, which are rolled to sheets with a thickness of 5 mm, they are cut figurines optional. Spread with a little cold milk, rank in the pan, oiled or covered with baking paper and bake in preheated oven until golden strong. Finished gingerbread decorated with white or colored icing. Serve once the glaze dries.
