Ingredients
  • For the base:
  • Add to shopping list3 eggs
  • Add to shopping list10 tbsp sugar (220 g)
  • Add to shopping list13 tbsp sunflower oil (180 ml)
  • Add to shopping list16 tbsp flour with high (300 g)
  • Add to shopping list100 ml milk
  • Add to shopping list10 g baking powder
  • For the cream:
  • Add to shopping list250 g butter (margarine can)
  • Add to shopping list100 g chocolate
  • Add to shopping list1 tbsp rum or rum extract - 10 drops
  • Add to shopping list200 ml milk
  • Add to shopping list200 g sugar
  • Add to shopping list300 g coconut for rolling of mouthfuls
Preparation method
Beat egg whites in snow and stirring gently with a spoon add the sugar, the oil, 6 tablespoons flour, egg yolks, milk, baking powder and remaining flour.
