Coconut macros

Ingredients
3 eggs
200 g sugar
salt
250 g coconut, unsweetened
2 tbsp lemon juice

Method
Eggs are broken down with sugar and a pinch of salt until they become a rare foam. Add coconut and lemon juice. Leave a while coconut swell slightly and the mixture is thickened. Heat oven to 170 C (fan 150 C). In tray Spread baking paper. With two spoons is taken from the dough and shape cookies. Bake for 20 minutes to pink. The mixture is sufficient for about 30 macros with a diameter of about 5 cm. After subtracting allowed to cool well, otherwise inside are still soft. * If you use cookies sawdust, sugar should be ponamali. * Another common way of cooking: the mixture is sprayed circles edible paper. Baking time is the same.

You do not know anywhere to sell edible paper. Years ago sold some East Asian sesame sweets in such paper.
