Cold fish sauce Milanese

Ingredients
4 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp cold salted water
5-6 anchovy fillets (maybe herring or sardines)
1 tsp black caviar (or finely chopped olives)
1 hard-boiled egg
Method
Mayonnaise diluted with lemon juice and salt water. Her with constant stirring, finely chopped anchovy fillets and chopped egg. Sprinkle top with caviar or chopped olives. * Preset products are for 4 servings.
