Cold fish sauce sailor

Ingredients
60 g butter
1 tbsp (10 g) tomato paste
2 fillets well maceration in vinegar anchovies
1/2 onion
3-4 marinated mushrooms
1 carrot
pinch of sugar
3-4 drops of lemon juice
salt
2 tbsp (20 ml) wine
parsley
dill
Method
The butter stir well and add it to the tomato paste and very finely chopped anchovy fillets, onions, mushrooms and cooked carrot . The mixture is stirred well and seasoned to taste with sugar, lemon juice, wine, chopped parsley and dill and, if necessary, with a pinch of salt.
