Ingredients
3 large boiled potatoes
600 ml cold vegetable broth
3 green onions or a sprig of small leek
200 g sour cream
many herbs of your choice
salt, pepper
Method
Potatoes and onions are cut and pureed with some of the broth. Add remaining broth and cream, stirring. Spices finely, add in the soup, seasoned to taste with salt and pepper. * I am putting the brined feta cheese, I like it.
