Ingredients
200 g smoked, raw sausage
200 g bacon, diced
4 eggs
1 and 1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup sour cream
4 cup bread, diced
1 cup grated feta cheese
1/2 cup grated cheese
3 tbsp breadcrumbs
2 tbsp butter
1 cup chopped red and green peppers
1 onion
garlic, parsley, rosemary

Method
In a pan heat 1 tbsp of the butter in it and sauté the onions and peppers for 3 minutes. Add the garlic and after 30 seconds put rosemary. In another pan in the remaining butter fry bacon, out on kitchen paper and put the sliced sausages. Stir until the turn pink. In a bowl, whisk the eggs, add the milk, cream and pour this mixture to the bread cubes. The mixture was allowed to stand for 5 minutes. Then added to the mixture sausages and bacon, onions and peppers, parsley and the feta cheese. Everything is poured into a form, cover with foil and bake 30-40 minutes at 180 C. Shortly before the dish is ready sprinkle top with mixed cheese and breadcrumbs.
