Cookies with jam

Ingredients
2 and 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
egg 1
2 tbsp milk
2 vanilla
Method
Flour, baking soda and salt are sifted together and with other products knead dough. Roll out a sheet with a thickness of 0.5 cm and shapes are cut figures. Bake at 180 C for 10 minutes. Sticks together two by two with jam or chocolate spread, after being chilled.
