Corn pita under cover

Ingredients
5 cups (1 kg) cornmeal
1 cup (200 g) flour
1 and 1/2 cup (300 g) yogurt
salt
125 g butter
Method
To sifted maize flour and add the beaten yogurt and salt to taste. Involved in a thick dough, which is formed of pita and put in the pan, greased with plenty of butter. In the fire burn wood until the zest. Embers pulls away and the heated hearth put the tray with the pita. Polupva tray with a lid, and the lid is put on the embers. So the pita bake about 1 hour.
