Cream with fruits

Ingredients
500 g fruits (strawberries, cherries, melon)
6 tbsp sugar
1 cup cream
5 eggs
Method
Fruits are rub through a colander. The resulting slurry is sweetened with sugar. Added at stirring gently beaten egg whites and then the cream, previously well crushed. The mixture was chilled and garnish with whole fruit, sprinkled with sugar.

recipe is good, but I think the works of these fruits is not particularly good.
