Crispy almond cookies

Ingredients
250 g flour
100 g ground almonds
200 g sugar
40 g butter
2 eggs
1 tsp cinnamon powder
2 tsp yeast
1 egg
whole almonds

Method
In the bowl broken eggs and sugar, then add the butter at room temperature and mix well. Added and the remaining products are then formed roll, which is wrapped in a transparent foil and left in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes. With a rolling pin roll dough about 4 mm thick, cut cookies with size 5x3 cm. Cookies are arranged on a tray covered with baking paper and coated with beaten egg, then on each cookie put 3 almonds. Bake at 180 C for 20 minutes.
