Dessert with apricots without baking

Ingredients
300-400 g unsalted cottage cheese
200 g cream
1 cup sugar
1 cup Apricot jam
20-25 g gelatin

Method
The cottage cheese, sugar, jam and cream mix. Was added dissolved in a little water gelatin and mix well. A bowl is coated with a thin transparent foil and pour the mixture. Leave in the refrigerator overnight or until firm. The next day turns into a suitable container, the pendulum fthe oil, sprinkle with cocoa or cinnamon or garnish to taste.
