Dolmas vine leaves Oriental

Ingredients
25-30 vine leaves
1 cup Rice
5-6 onions
1 cup sunflower oil
1-2 tbsp raisins
1 lemon
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
pinch of sugar
salt
Method
Chop the onion finely and fry in the oil. Add the clean rice and also fry until translucent. Add salt to taste and add the raisins, cinnamon, black pepper, sugar and lemon juice. Pour 1 cup hot water and the mixture boil until the rice swell and absorb the water. Vine leaves are washed, steamed in boiling water and drain (sterilized jar leaves used directly without being steamed). Small turn dolmaschki that rank in a saucepan and pressed porcelain plate. Pour water enough to cover them, and cook on medium heat until the water evaporates.
