Drunk mushrooms

Ingredients
500 g mushrooms
1 cup white wine
5 tbsp sunflower oil
2 tbsp flour
pepper
salt
Method
Mushrooms cut into julienne, salting is, pour the wine and 2 cups water and sauté for 10 minutes. Flour fry in heated sunflower oil and diluted with mushroom broth. As a boil add the mushrooms and pepper. Boil for another 5 minutes. Suitable for roast meat.
