Dzhurkana nettle cheese

Ingredients
5 handfuls (1 kg) nettle
5 tbsp (50 g) flour
125 g butter
1 cup (200 g) feta cheese
2 eggs
lovage
salt

Method
Nettle is cleaned and washed, cut into small pieces and placed for 5-6 minutes in boiling salted water, then pulverize, stirring with a wooden spoon (excess water in advance is poured into another container). Flour stew in fat until golden color, pour the collected water from the nettles, stirring constantly, and added to the powdered nettle. The dish is cooked to thicken, stirring continuously. Before removing it from the fire add the beaten eggs, crumbled feta cheese and chopped lovage.
