Eggplant kebab Kami

Ingredients
250 g minced meat
1 onion
1 tsp savory
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp pepper
3 small eggplants
3-4 large tomatoes
salt

Method
Minced meat is kneaded with finely chopped onions, savory, cumin and pepper. Eggplants, sliced, add salt and leave to drain the bitter juice. Cut the tomatoes into shtaybi and salting. Of minced meat formed into small patties and wooden skewers lining - eggplant, tomato, meatball - until the end products. Put them in a pan coated with cooking parchment paper or foil and bake in preheated oven at 250 C. You can not put paper around and spits you line peppers, and hot and may tomatoes, garlic cloves.
