Rice with vegetables and cheese

Ingredients
250 g rice
1 onion
1-2 carrots
1 head celery
150 g mushrooms
2-3 tomatoes (maybe canned)
cheese
salt
pepper

Method
Fry the rice and then add the chopped onion, carrot, celery and grated tomatoes. After a few minutes add the cleaned and washed mushrooms julienne. Pour water (as needed for rice), and add salt and pepper. When the rice is ready send down everything in the pan and sprinkle with cheese. Bake until the cheese is melted. Serve with optional parsley.

Molly and how much oil is put

only oil that is put on roux rice, onions, etc ... that is about half a coffee-cup.

I would add in this season two green peppers, three grains allspice and a bunch of dill.

Today I did this rice, but because I did mushrooms, I substituted them with olives. Became great! Thanks for the recipe :)

I have prepared it without mushrooms, because children do not like. Great yummy!
