Fine jam prunes

Ingredients
70 prunes
1 kg of sugar
1 tsp citric acid
4 geranium leaves
70 walnut or almond nuts
Method
Washed plum Peel and place in cold water to not tarnish. Remove stones. The fruit is allowed in london water (3 liters of water - 1 tsp strained precipitated hydrated lime) for one hour. Sugar is poured into 1 liter of water and boiled syrup. Plums are removed from the lime water and washed very carefully and thoroughly with water. Drained. In each plum pile a kernel. Plums are placed in the boiling syrup. Sweet boil over high heat. Once start to thicken, reduce heat and added indrisheto. Citric acid is placed immediately before removing from heat.
