Flemish cucumber salad

Ingredients
2 cucumbers
500 g yogurt
2 tbsp (20 g) mayonnaise
1 yolk
dill
salt
pepper
Method
Peel cucumbers, cut into thick rings of a finger 10 minutes are boiled in lightly salted water. The yolk, mayonnaise and yoghurt sauce stir, season with salt and pepper. Add to it half the dill and pour everything on drained, seasoned with dill, salt and pepper hot cucumbers.
