Fresh vegetable skewers

Ingredients
4-5 red peppers
2-3 zucchini
300-400 field mushrooms
1 head of garlic
oil
salt
Method
Vegetables are cleaned, cut into cubes or rectangles (because you will lining on skewers), so pretty much the same. Put them in a deep bowl, pour plenty of olive oil and salt to taste, stir gently and wait in kebab, alternating zucchini, mushroom, pepper, and garlic may be less frequent. Are very good as bake closing BBQ, but can a simple as turning, about 10 minutes. A very important detail is moderately heated the BBQ. Vegetables should be semi-crunchy to have survived vitamins in them. Can be used in diets or trimmings for chicken or fish.
