Fried cheese balls

Ingredients
250 g feta cheese
200 g cottage cheese
100 g cheese
50 g blue cheese
3-4 sprigs of parsley
2 sprigs of dill
pinch of pepper
# breading:
2 eggs
4 tbsp flour
2 tbsp cornmeal
2 tbsp corn flakes
100 ml beer
sunflower oil for frying
Method
Cheese is grated, add the beaten whites and mix. Season with chopped herbs and pepper .. From the mixture form balls the size of a walnut and rolled in cornmeal. Placed for 30 minutes in a refrigerator (may be prepared the night before). Flour, beat egg yolks and beer are prepared batter. Each ball of feta cheese is immersed in the breading, and then crushed in a in large pieces cornflakes. Beads of feta cheese are fried in a hot sunflower oil until golden. Serve on lettuce leaves. * are ideal appetizer for beer, or a main dish salad.
