Fried meatballs with olives and anchovies

Ingredients
400 g veal or beef
100-150 g streaky pork
8 anchovy fillets
20 olives pitted
2 eggs
1 and 1/2 slices of white bread without old sheet
1 onion
salt
pepper
parsley
meal
fat frying
Method
Cleaned skins of meat is cut, add salt, ground and let stand 30 minutes. Then add chopped onion and parsley, soaked in salted water bread, a raw egg and pepper. The mixture was kneaded well. To make 16 buns. In the mid 8 of them put the mixture made from chopped fillets and olives mixed with hard-boiled egg yolk second. Cover with the remaining 8 buns. Their ends are pressed to stick together. Meatballs are rolled in flour and fry in hot oil until light brown coloring.
