Fried peaches with rice stuffing

Ingredients
50 g rice
200 ml milk
1 tbsp sugar
1 egg yolk and 1
4 large peaches
powdered sugar
breadcrumbs
fat frying
Method
Boil rice Milk and once cool, mix it with egg yolks and sugar. Peel peaches, cut them in half and remove pits them. In their place we put rice and blind halves peaches by fastening them with a toothpick and roll them in beaten egg and breadcrumbs. Fry thus prepared peaches in a large amount of preheated oil. Still hot sprinkle them with powdered sugar.
