Green beans in Manastriski

Ingredients
1 kg green beans
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
1-2 heads (100 g) onion
1 head of garlic
2-3 (150 g) carrots
2-3 (200 g) tomatoes
1/2 cup (100 g) damsons
1 tbsp (10 g) flour
1/2 bunch parsley
mint
salt

Method
The beans are cleaned of tips and strings, cut, wash, add salt and place in the saucepan. To it was added vegetable oil, onions (garlic and onion), finely chopped, carrots, sliced, tomatoes, chopped and Giancana. Stir and pour hot water (to cover). Dot tightly with a lid and cook on medium heat. Finally add the flour away with a little cold water. Once the boil a few minutes, remove the dish from the heat and sprinkle with chopped parsley and mint.
