Green Forest parzhenitsa

Ingredients
200 g young nettle
300 g spinach
200 g sorrel or dock
7-8 lettuce leaves
5 eggs
sunflower oil for frying
salt
2-3 sprigs of parsley
walnuts optional
Method
The green is cut in large pieces by lettuce separated. In a skillet over medium heat put a little sunflower oil and add the chopped vegetables to stew. When tender put salt to taste and temperature increases. After a few minutes add the beaten eggs with a little salt, stir several times and remove from heat - eggs must be fully prepared, because doparzhvat and after removing from heat. Add lettuce and stir again. Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley and optional with chopped walnuts.
