Gummy hearts

Ingredients
500 ml water
250 ml milk
80 g pink starch
50 g gelatin
100 g sugar
Method
Gelatin is dissolved in a little cold water and heat of fire briefly to melt completely . The starch was dissolved in the remaining water and added to the milk and sugar. Put it on the stove to thicken. Consuming and stir to cool. The molten gelatin is added, stirred well and poured into a pre-wetted flat tray with a layer thickness of 2-3 cm. Allow to solidify in the refrigerator. With small metal cookie cutters cut hearts of gelled cream. ready hearts can decorate a cake or cake and can also be served alone in crystal platter. top can decorate with fruit compote (strawberries, raspberries), grated chocolate or coconut.
