Hake with white sauce

Ingredients
1.3 kg fillet of hake
150 ml vegetable oil
5 eggs
100 g pickles
350 g mayonnaise
100 g yogurt
50 g parsley
salt
pepper
lemon
Method
Sweep fish fillets cut into portions, sprinkle with salt, sprinkled with vinegar and let stand 10-15 minutes, then fry in the hot vegetable oil. Fried fish is placed in a suitable dish, sprinkle with grated hard-boiled eggs and finely chopped pickles and pour mayonnaise, stirred with yogurt. On top sprinkle with crushed pepper, decorate with a sprig of parsley and lemon slices.
