High-tea

Ingredients
2 tsp (10 g) of tea
1 cup (200 ml) of water
candied fruit of your choice
Method
Tea, pour boiling water and let stand 5 minutes. A decoction is strained in preheated kettle, then poured into cups (half them) and sweetened with pieces of a lollipop. Optional tea can be topped up with boiling water
