Honey-lemon marmalade meat

Ingredients
1 lemon
1/4 cup honey
2 onions
3-4 sprigs thyme
3 tbsp butter
3-4 tbsp white wine
3-4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Method
The butter melts in the pan. Cut lemon with rind into small pieces and put in the pan to smother and to release flavor, then add the honey. Cut the onion and put in other products. The mixture is seasoned with crushed thyme. Finally sent down the wine and vinegar and boil remain. Once thickened, jam is ready.
