Ingredients
200 ml milk
1 tbsp honey dew
yolk 1
2 tbsp cognac
grated nutmeg
Method
Milk and honey warm - up to melt the honey. Egg yolk foam and with cognac add to milk. Pour into tall glasses and sprinkle with nutmeg.
