Hot sharp sauce

Ingredients
1 apple
2 carrots
1 slice dry white bread without crust
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp lemon juice
4 grains allspice
10 peppercorns
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp sugar
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp brandy or rum
salt
Method
Carrots and apples are grated and sauté until soft with 1-2 tbsp hot water. Add bread crumbs and the mixture was ground through a sieve. To the resulting puree is added ground allspice and black pepper, mustard, red pepper, tomato paste, vinegar, lemon juice and sugar and stir about 5 minutes, add the vegetable oil trickle. Sauce flavored with brandy or rum.
