Jelly strawberry

Ingredients
1 kg strawberries
2 cup water
600 g sugar
2 g citric acid
10 g of gelatin 1 liter juice
Method
Get healthy, large fruit, clean and wash. Put fruit in enameled saucepan, add water and cook 10 minutes over low heat. The resulting mass filter through a piece of cotton cloth. What's left in the bag, pressing, filter the resulting juice and add it to the other. Put the juice of the fire and cook until half remain. Add the sugar and stir until dissolved. You can put gelled mixture. At the end of boiling, add the citric acid.
