Ingredients
3 short shank
2 carrots
1 head of garlic
1 cup beer
1 cup red wine
sunflower oil
salt
pepper
allspice
bay leaf
200 g mushrooms
1 cup water
Method
Jolie are salted and shpikovat with carrot and garlic. Place in a baking dish and arrange them around the mushrooms pepper, allspice beans and bay leaves, then pour them with beer, wine and water. Cover the pan with foil and bake at 200 C for about 2 hours.
