Katuk in Svezhenski

Ingredients
5 liters of sheep's milk
250 g feta cheese
150 g butter
salt
Method
Milk is boiled in a water bath. Once cool, add salt and pour into a jar, bottle, jar or pot. To it was added crushed lumps feta cheese. This reconstituted puree pour over with melted butter.
