Ingredients
750 g pork
2-3 sprigs (500 g) leek
1 and 1/4 cup (250 g) rice
100 g lard
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
1/2 head garlic
3 tbsp (30 ml) vinegar
salt

Method
The meat is cut into small pieces (chunks), put it in platter (tray), which will prepare the dish and fry in fat. Add chopped leeks and naryazaiyat also fry. Then put the red pepper and rice. Pour over the 4 cup hot water, add salt, stir and put in the oven to bake. The dish is watered with the crushed garlic and vinegar.
