Method
Eggs, flour and sugar, mix thoroughly. The mixture was divided into two portions and one was left white, and the other is added to the chocolate to become brown. Brown and white mixture is baked two separate the base in the same rectangular shapes. To prepare the cream the butter and sugar is broken down to graying. Boil the milk, add the flour, previously blurred with a little milk. After cooling, the two mixtures were stirred. Boil the syrup of sugar and 1 cup (200 ml) of water. The bases are cut into uniform, long strips. Each bar is syrupy and lightly dabbed with cream, then arrange in a suitable dish - one line - brown, white, brown, white, and the next line - white, brown, white, brown, etc., as can be cut to obtain the checkerboard effect.

Dear chefs, this recipe I have tried many times. It is very good. But I do 2 times more cream than the present. Moreover, the latter must arrange strips vertically, stick them in a circle in concentric circles of light or dark crust. When cutting the cake effect is wonderful.

Cake is great I call, chess cake.

recipe for this cake is great. I love the site and all recipes in it. Thank you, continue still. Kisses.

I think sugar and flour as the amounts are small in the mixture of the latter must. And the cream will come very least the whole cake.
