Layered cake Garash jam

10 eggs
300 g walnuts
300 g of powdered sugar

100 g chocolate
1 cup water

150 g of apricot jam
20 g butter

Yolks are broken down by 2/3 of sugar and egg whites - with the remaining 1/3. The two mixtures were combined carefully. Add ground walnuts. The light fluffy dough is divided into 5 parts, and they are baked thin plates 5 in a baking dish, spread with butter and sprinkled with flour. Prepare the cream, the sugar and water boiled until a thick syrup and the eggs are broken in a tube placed in ice or cold water. This cake is just incredible. Instead of apricot jam put jam berries and was very good. To taste all liked it. Thanks for the wonderful recipe. And upload photos.
