Ingredients
100 g butter or margarine
150 g of powdered sugar
3 eggs
150 g flour
lemon peel or lemon essence
1 tsp cocoa
cream or jam of your choice
fruit to decorate the season
harmless paint for food
Method
The butter mix with sugar until white. Add eggs one by one, flour and lemon zest. Divided into three parts - one with added cocoa, the other harmless paint. The three parts are baked separately. The baked layers glued with optional cream and decorate with fruit. Must stand 2-3 hours to absorb.
